I want to get thinking of freezer meals (I am due with #3 in March) so hoping to stock the freezer little by little.
What do you find is the best way to freeze things? What types of containers?

When you thaw something, how many days/times can you reheat it? Do you try to freeze in just small portions? I am thinking of soups... if I make a big pot of soup to freeze, then later on thaw/reheat it... what do you do with the leftovers - refridgerate and re-reheat the next day?
