Berries galore!!! Ideas?

Ok, so I got my berry order thru a co-op recently. They are all organic, iqf, and soooo good!

I have 14 lbs of boysenberries, 14 lbs of dark pitted sweet cherries, 14 lbs of loganberries, 14 lbs of raspberries, 14 lbs blueberries, and then in a bucket (stupid choice, btw) I have 14 lbs of sliced, sugared strawberries. I also have a bunch of Brazos berries and blackberries (Brazos berries are the same as blackberries, just a bit bigger). I probably have 14 *cups* or so of those.

Bombard me w/yummo ideas for using them up. I thought I'd save some to do some jams for Christmas baskets. Other than that, I've made cobblers and crisps, pancakes, muffins. I have no problem using things like phyllo (have some!), and we have no food allergies. No recipe is too hard or daunting, so please, please fire away!!!

Smoothies, syrups, jams, compotes. I like using them in plain yogurt, as a topping for things like cakes, puddings, tarts.

I tend to like to preserve the summery taste and use them raw whenever possible.

They are individually quick frozen.

I should make some kefir. Can't believe I didn't think of that. We've been taking a break from it. Time to start up again!

I made a 20th Century Blueberry/Raspberry Slump tonight. MMMMMMM!

Yes, definitley jams, wines, breads, cakes, cobblers, pies, hair care, body care, herbal infusions to drink. Just type what type you are looking for and then what thing, ex.- type - cherry..... thing - conditioner --- Cherry conditioner..... Or... dry conditioner, oily conditioner, etc. does that make sense?

Now see, I'd have NEVER thought of making conditioner! Thanks!
