Super fast! Greek help

We're doing greek tonight for dinner (this recipe). What's a good side dish for it though? I'm pretty sure my kids will eat it but on the off chance they don't I'd like something else as well. Plus, we need a side.

Ideas in a hurry would be nice. I'm headed to the store here in a few minutes.

Rice pilaf?

hummas ?

yogurt?

All I really can think is that I wanna come over to your house for dinner... sorry.

With more thinking.. mellon.. some sort or mix of mellon.. cantaloupe.. honeydew or even watermellon. That would be the perfect side to this.

Hmmm those would be tasty!

It does have yogurt in it. My hummus recipe takes too long (black bean hummus and all my beans are dry...though I could grab a can I suppose.....).

I have been on a food kick today. I made cranberry sugar cookies earlier. A friend on facebook told me I was making him mad because of my food posts. Apparently I'm making lots of people hungry.

Heaven help me I want those!

I think I'll do a cucumber and tomato salad. My MIL makes a fantastic one that has aji in it (jalapeno hot sauce basically).....luckily for me, she lives a couple blocks away.

I am making meatloaf and lemon parsley orzo tonight. Do you have orzo, fresh lemons and fresh parsely on hand?

This is an excellent recipe. Easy and fast to make.

I love the Closet Cooking Site. I have a ton of recipes and not enough time to try everything. Let me know if you try them before I do how you like them or any changes you would make.

I will. I've done stuffed tomatoes before but not like that. I'm seriously rethinking dinner.
