Baked apples - remove core. Stuff cavity with dried fruit of your choice - rasins, apricots, and dates are our favourites. Place in greased baking tray. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and place a small knob of butter on top of each apple. Bake at 180C until apples are tender.
Use apple sauce to sweeten cakes etc.
Apple crumble - three quarter fill baking dish with stewed apple. In a separate bowl mix 6 crushed weetbix, 1/2 cup dessicated coconut, 1/4 brown sugar. Add enough melted butter to moisten mixture (about 1/4 cup). Spread mixture over apples. Bake at 180C for 20-30mins or until topping is crisp. Serve warm or cold with cream, custard or ice cream.
Stewed apple - with cream, custard or ice cream. On it's own. On cereal. With pork/lamb chops or roast pork/lamb/beef. Stewed apple also freezes really well.
Dried apple - get an electric or solar fruit drier or use the oven.
Apple butter or apple jelly - recipes on the web.
Apple tea cake - use your favourite butter cake recipe. Put half mixture in greased tin. Cover with a layer of stewed apple. Top with remaining cake mixture. Bake as per recipe (may need a little longer as centre will be moister). Eat as cake or dessert with cream, custard, ice cream.

Apple juice - if you have a juicer. The juice also freezes well.
