Why drink coconut water?

I have heard a lot about this. Why is it good?

It is full electrolytes and potassium and other good stuff I'm sure. Both Pepsi and Coke bought up smaller labels recently, within weeks of eachother, and are marketing it as a natural sports drink, which I guess it is. So if you try to aviod those brands be careful when buying coconut water in the store, we have been buying it for a long time from either asian or latin grocery stores that import the drink.
