Please quiet my mind re: breastfeeding and percocet

I was prescribed percocet after delivery of all three of my children. This time, though, instead of the 2.5mg/325 dose they prescribed 5mg/325. For my first two deliveries, I just took it for maybe 2 or 3 days (the 2.5 dose). This time I had a little more pain, and took the 5mg dose for about a week post delivery. Then I started getting migraines, and my OB said that I could take any leftover percocets for migraines if needed. I did this 2x. --

The reason I am stressing over this is because I just saw an article on how opiates can aggrivate autistic behaviors leading to autism. I mean, OMG! I am just now soooo worried that I may have caused my poor son to possibly
become autistic.

Does anyone know how much of this medication is passed on in breastmilk? Does anyone have any experience w/ this?
I am just soooo stressed about it, I can't stop worrying.

Do you particpipate in La Leche League? I recall our leader has a book that goes through the various meds and what and how much is secreted in breast milk, and what is not.

I do, but ours is in 'trasition'...I don't think we have a leader atm....I think the book was Hale's 'Meds and mother's milk'...which says that percocet is 'moderately safe'...but that is several years old, and this is new info (opiates/autism), so I don't know.....

I am literally making myself sick over worrying about this!

The current Hale's (2008) still lists Percocet as L3 (Moderately Safe), if that's any help. He doesn't mention any risk of developing autism.
