Hi - just seeing this around MDC and wondering what it means. Thanks!

They mean someone who is a strong advocate for breastfeeding and keeping children intact.

"Intact" is preferred to "not circumcised"

Oh, okay - I guess I'm a intactalactavist then! I advocate both of those things.
