I have some flats that need to be prewashed--do I need to dry them in between or can I just run them through several wash cycles and dry once.

I'm a little confused.

With my prefolds I just washed repeatedly & did one dry at the end.

I have found that drying a couple times during the prewashing process moves things along faster. Not after each wash, but every two or three.

The drying helps fluff them up more but nope its not necessary over time they will get to where you need them just remember even after prepping the ymight not be at there top assorbancy for a bit.
