Publishing video/podcast online?

I am planning on making a series of videos (parenting topic) and publishing them on the internet. Are there any existing websites that would host this kind of thing but I would still own the rights to my work? Eventually I plan on having my own website and I would want to republish my videos there. But for now I would like to concentrate on making the videos and possibly earning some income.

I did a few homeschooling videos, and then uploaded them to Blogger on my blog. I thought this was better than dealing with YouTube and the questionable material that sometimes came up at the end.

I am not sure if I understand the question. Are you selling the videos?

Thank you for your reply. I just figured out somebody else had done my idea in the last month. She is now a youtube partner.

No I wasn't planning on selling anything, more like the blogger type business model but with video instead of writing. I may still make my videos.
