Help me with meals direct from the pantry

We're going camping this weekend and I need to have two full days of meals for a family of 4 that require no refrigeration. I will have a crockpot, a rice cooker, running water, a microwave, and a stove top to cook with.

So far I have:

eggs for breakfast both days
spaghetti with canned sauce for one night

My brain simply isn't working today. I have 5 more hours to pack the camper and I cannot come up with anything else.

Beans and rice
Crockpot oatmeal (you put this in at night and it's ready in the morning)
Baked apples/potatoes in the campfire- poke a couple of holes, wrap in foil, lay on the coals
Sliced, sauteed sweet potatoes with apples and onions
Fried potatoes
Steamed squash

Kale and other greens will stay fresh enough to eat if you cut the stems and stick them in water.

Canned soup

Chili with TVP in place of meat

Our camping menu is usually something fresh the first night, and some kind of frozen hotpot/casserole the second night. I cook the casserole in advance and freeze it and we take it along in an insulated box where it's usually defrosted in time for dinner. Bonus is that it keeps everything else cool. We sometimes take frozen soup too.

Take along some shelf stable milk (either box or powder) and make a white sauce, add herbs, canned sweetcorn and canned tuna and serve with pasta.

Egg fried rice with some canned veg added.

ETA we find that a bit of salami or other dried sausage adds a lot of flavour to things
