Using expired donor milk (pasteurized)?

Hi all!
I was going through the freezer and realized I have about 16 oz of donor milk that is marked expired in July of this year. It was pastuerized in November of 2008, so I had assumed it would be good for a year in the deep freeze. I'm assuming the milk bank has a 6 month expiration policy to be on "the safe side."

Would you still use it? I think it's probably ok, and the frugal part of me hates the thought of throwing it away after all it cost!!
Thanks mamas.

I'd thaw some, smell/taste, and assuming it's not nasty, I'd go ahead and use it.

As long as it doesn't smell rancid or taste gross, I'd assume it's fine.
