Anyone order form vitacost?

I have been spending way too much on organic food, bath supplies, and such so I was hoping to trim the bills where I can. I was looking around and came upon Vitacost. I have seen serveal others rec it, but I always shop at TJs and vitamin shoppe and HATE to pay shipping. But, since vitacost is a flat shopping rate, plus does seem to be cheaper than vit shoppe and whole foods (of course) I was wondering if it is worth it. Any user thoughts?

I've ordered from them several times and never had a problem. Their prices are generally excellent as is their flat rate shipping.

Yep, all the time. We've never had a problem, and I love their prices. Don't forget to check Retailmenot.com for coupon codes and sign up for ebates.com to get a 4% ebate.

HTH!

love 'em. I order from there and also have a buying club with Frontier.

I can't stand paying retail for supplements or bath products.

Okay, so what else do you order form them. I am up to $40 with 8 items and I can hardly believe it! I want to get the most bang for my buck, especially since it is a flat shipping rate. Thoughts?

We got a bunch of vitamins for the kids from them. I like liquid vits and supplaments (easy to slip in drinks and such) and the flat rate shipping was great for such heavy items. They packaged them really well too. Everythign was bubble wraped. I actually need to make another order but i am waiting till I need more stuff.

I buy shampoo and conditioner for kids, vitamins for the kids and us, supplements, deodorant (DH likes the Crystal roll-on), Tom's of Maine Toothpaste, Dr. Bronner's, EOs, lotions, etc. I do stock up when I buy from there. I figure out how long bottles of vits and supps will last us and buy a 4-6 months' worth of products. They also sell some food and coconut oil products, Xlear products, raw honey, apple cider vinegar, etc.

We buy supplements from them, body care products.......
I've also recently seen that they carry green cleaning supplies, so may switch to buying those from them on my next order.

I order from them all the time and love them. I get Nutiva coconut oil because it's my favorite brand and it's seriously like almost half the cost as my local health food store. Also bath/body products and supplements as others have mentioned.

I order my Twinlabs multi vites from them and save about 50%, I've ordered several times over the past few years and have been very happy with them.

Lesson learned? order at least 2 weeks before you need them Yes I know, not helpful to you

prices great and shipping cheap, but they WAY over package. lots and lotsa plastic and their boxes are branded instead of repurposed. vitaglo is better with reused packing and there shipping is free on orders over $50, but there shipping takes almost 2 wks and the guy who answers the phone is RUDE. for me, vitacost has always arrived within a week, but i only order items that ship within 24 hrs.
