Hi all, I'm 9 weeks pregnant. I made a few freezer meals last pregnancy that helped after baby was born but this time I have to omit more allergens. I would like to find a quite a few (10+) recipes for all meals to help with after baby. We cannot have gluten and I am having dairy problems now during pregnancy-my babies also react to the dairy that gets into the breastmilk also last son reacted to eggs so would like to omit that too. And we don't do soy. But meats are fine along with fruits and veggies and others but mostly omiting gluten, dairy, egg, and soy. Trying to use recipe site but they don't elminate allergies very well. Thank you in advance for helping.
