Building my freezer Stash

Ok, I may be doing way too much here, but I have a hard time saying no when I know people really need something. I am nursing my 6 month old and my 25 month old. Although really the 25 month old doesn't nurse much or for very long. Plus my sister has a low supply issue so I pump a little extra everyday for her and occationally I donate some on milkshare.
Now, I HAVE to get MY stash up. I could just tell my sis too bad and never post on milkshare again, but I like helping. Right now I only pump 5 ounces each morning while the baby nurses the other side.
My question is, If I wanted to add one or two more pumping sessions everyday to help my stash would that take anything away from the baby? Should I pump after or between nursings? Do I sound insane here? I really have always had an oversupply so the 5 ounces per day was/is necessary for me to be comfortable but I'm scared to do more than that.

DD is starting solids as well so maybe I could pump when she eats food??

From everything i have read, no adding a pumping session won't take anything away from your baby. It might take a few days for your body to increase supply...think back to like a growth spurt, how that was. But you will just start to make more milk.

What i have heard from LC's (and some are good and some are bad,) But you can pump or feed as little as an hour apart and there will be milk there. I don't assume this is a hard and fast time frame, but i use it as a guideline when i want to pump. So i would say maybe in between feedings or ya, when your LO is playing with/eating some food.

hope that helps, alot of people had read your post but there were no reply's.
