I forgot the eggs!

After 10 intense minutes kneading some yeast dough... I realized I forgot the eggs

I made these yesterday. So awesome, so decadent, eaten oh so fast!

So I tried to make some just now, and forgot to add the eggs *sigh* I kept thinking, "huh, it feels a little dry" and "it looks like cellulite" then "is it going to get smooth?"

I know it is too late to add the eggs. I'm still gonna let it rise and cook it, but a more subdued version like regular cinnamon rolls.

is is going to be like a cinnamon brick?

So, I just baked it like a loaf and will have excellent bread crumbs for stuffing.
Very hard, tough loaf, but once I dried it in the oven, makes light, fluffy crumbs

So... I meant to do that

Oh dear lord, I'm going to have to try this recipe...
