soured half n half

.....my half n half expires today, but it already smells and tastes soured.......can i still use this in a baked dish? or will it be ruined????

Nope. Don't use it.

Is it raw (unpasteurized?)

If so, then its fine sour--use it however you want! I bake with soured milk and/or cream.

If its pasteurized then it isn't soured, its spoiled. Throw it out!
