Sister visiting India and newborn baby

I have noooo idea if this is the right forum, I'll cross-post to health also, but I figured the people in this forum have collected vast amounts of information concerning baby immunity, so I thought I'd ask here! We have an interesting situation in my family and I can't seem to get any info on what we should do!

Here my situation...I'm due in 2 weeks (end of October) and 2 weeks later, my sister is going to India for a couple of weeks (until November 30th or so). She has gotten all the pre-travel health check-up, tests, and vaccinations (diphteria and tuberculosis is still very common in the region she is going to, as well as a myriad of intestinal parasites)

It has occured to us that she should probably avoid any contact with the new baby (who would probably be about 4-5 weeks at that point) when she comes back, and her doctor agreed it would be wiser to for her to avoid people with lower immunity untill he confirms she is not a carrier of TB or any intestinal parasites. But how long could that take? We have a family holiday planned the third week of December at a ski lodge where we'd all share a 3 bedroom condo, and she is now wondering if she should come. And could I still see her, without the baby, in those few weeks when she comes back?

Any one else has been in a similar situation?

Since this is not about vaccines, please feel free to join the H&H thread.
