hanging diaper pail/pail liner wash question

I got a fuzzi bunz hanging diaper pail. I was wondering if it needed to be prewashed before it gets washed with my first load of diapers?

With most PUL items, you are supposed to wash and dry them on hot before using to seal up the needle holes. I'd probably do it.
