Vegan freezer meals?

I'm trying to start planning ahead to make freezer meals when our LO comes... because I know this will fall to the bottom of my list once I get close to my EDD I know soups, stews and currys do great in the freezer... but I think DH and I will tire quickly on that since we're going to have a warm weather babe.... anything else I cook usually gets eaten too quickly to stick in the freezer so I'm not sure how anything else would fare in there Can you folks give me ideas/recipes of vegan meals that freeze well?

Lasagna, burritos, chili, soup, most casseroles I'd think, veggie burgers. Just portion out and freeze

I find soups freeze really well. Throw a sandwich together and you got an easy meal. Pasta sauce is a good one. It doesnt take much room and you can boil the pasta as you need it.

Cooked grains (e.g. brown rice) freeze well as do cooked legumes (beans and lentils).

I'd recommend getting lots of smaller freezer containers so that you can divvy the food up into individual serving sizes before freezing.
