congrats to everyone and i will update this at some point this week when i am not as sore.
i have a partial 3rd degree tear from a kiwi assisted VBAC after 5 hrs of pushing!
she was facing upwards and a little stuck.
they wanted to section me after 3 hours and i looked at the drs like i can do this and i will push all night before you even think about giving me a section after all of this! the dr who suggested the section came back and apologized to me for making me think about it
to tell you the truth that 5th hour i was completely delusional but the baby and i were doing great so they let us keep going.
i had a small fever but they gave me some abx. and let me continue.
i feel like such a warrior its amazing!

born october 16...the first snow day here!
nursing is going amazing so far...it really pays off to educate yourself and believe in what you and your body can do.
thank you all sooooo much for helping me through this pregnancy and for being strong women!
