i entered a chili cook-off!!

it's a mainstream meat-eating chili cook-off in our really tiny town and there's 30 entrants!

i want to at least win honorable mention with a kick-ass vegetarian chili.
but i'm out of practice since i've been cooking non-spicy for the kidlets for so long.

so, help me come up with a winning recipe. here's what i have:

jalapeno peppers
habanero peppers
serrano chilis
bell peppers- green only
kidney beans
pinto beans
white beans ??
onions
garlic
guajillo chile powder
ancho chile powder
chipoltle chile powder
pasilla chile powder
paprika
cumin
coriander

tell me how you make your awesome chili! what could i add to make this better? i want to avoid soy or tvp because i doubt that any meat-lover is going to be all, "this is the best fake meat i've ever had!" i think i should just stick with the beans and peppers... maybe some corn?

I have always added a half cup of strong coffee to my chilli. It adds a rich flavor to it.
