Quinoa flakes as a healthy cereal?

Anyone eat quinoa flakes as a healthy alternative to all the processed cereals out there?

I'm thinking of trying it as a breakfast with some oat milk and fruit. Thoughts?

I haven't tried quinoa flakes. I do buckwheat cereal which is yummy and also I make my own gluten free granola.

My boys love oatmeal, so I'm going to sub quinoa flakes in instead.

I think it's a much more nutrient dense breakfast choice! (Let's hope the boys will eat it! )

We haven't eaten it as a cereal (yet) but have used it in cookies.

I like them for breakfast with honey, cinnamon, vanilla, hemp seeds for extra protein and a dab of butter, coconut oil or hemp oil. Yes, it is much more nutritious than processed cereal, and has one of the highest protein contents of any grain.
