NC Vaccination Registry - help

I was just on the NC Immunization Registry website, looking to see if parents can opt out of their children's information being entered. I couldn't find any information. So my husband called the phone number and spoke to a live person who was of little help - she wanted our kids' names, which we wouldn't give her (we also *67-ed), and then she said she had to transfer the call to someone else, and it went into voicemail wanting us to leave a name and number, which we did not do.

All doctors are not using this yet, and as far as we know, our doctor has not entered any information about the vaxes my dd had previously. We have since had a religious conversion and will not be vaxing either of our children any more.

My concern is that if this information is entered once 100% of providers participate, it will complicate matters for school entry with a religious exemption. I understand that if you partially vax, then have a religious change of heart and stop, it can cause problems with your exemption being accepted. We plan to get in touch with a lawyer in our state who deals with vaccinations, but before we do that, I am wondering if any of you mamas know anything about NC's Immunization Registry. I am always impressed with how well-versed you guys are as far as legal rights and not vaxing.

Thanks for any information.
