We live in a fairly rural area, its about a 45 minute drive to the nearest health food store. I really want to stock up on the makings of budget friendly meals like oatmeal, beans, brown rice, nuts, ect. Maybe butter, CLO, coconut oil. We raise all of our own eggs, meat, and almost all of our dairy, so that is covered and we have a great local source for the produce we do not grow.
