Can I freeze hummus?

Anyone done it?

I just made a big batch of hummus from scratch, since it's one of the foods recommended for increasing supply. But I wound up making a bigger batch than I intended (well over a quart), and I know I won't get through all of it before it goes bad. So I was hoping I can freeze it, or else I'll have to send it into the office with DH.

Sure, i freeze it all the time

I freeze it, too, in smaller containers, so that I pull one out at a time and it lasts us about a week.

We freeze it, too. When I was working and packing a lunch, I'd even freeze really tiny portions to toss into my box - I'd freeze them in those silicone muffin cups. If it wasn't completely thawed by lunch, I'd nuke it just a bit - I like warm hummus, though.
