Non-electric grain mill?

I'm looking for a non-electric grain mill that's not extremely expensive (under $200?), not too big (i.e. I could fit it in carry-on luggage), works well and can grind dry and wet grains (rice flour, peanut butter, etc.). Anyone know where I might be able to find one?
