Just for fun...Halloween

Is anyone planning on dressing up their LO for halloween? I started looking at costumes last night and they all seem to be little animals (cute, but not what I was thinking). We are going to dress Vincent up and "trick or treat" at the grandparents' houses.

I want to pick out a really rockin' costume, since my mom assures me I'll only get to pick one or two before he pipes in with his opinions.

Anyone doing anything really fun?

I have costume for the 7 year old, and the 15 month old, but the baby- not yet. I'm trying to decide how much energy I have. I do have the sewing machine out (and finally repaired!) though.... so maybe I'll get creative.

Viv is going as a skeleton. Dh picked up a black long sleeve onesie with a glow in the dark skeleton on it. I just need to find some black pants to go with it.

We don't trick or treat, but we go to a HUGE Fall Fun Festival at church.

My 5-year old has been asking what the baby will be for Hallowe'en. I told him that I'm going to dress the baby as a bunny - I'll put her in a pink sleeper and her bunny-ears hat and declare it a costume! My 5-YO has his ninja costume all ready to go. He tries it on almost every day. We've had to have a chat about jumping and spinning ninja-style right next to the baby's head...

I'm gonna put Adelaide in a jean jacket and spike her hair with daddy's pommade, and maybe get her a plastic guitar. She's gonna be a rocker!!
