H1N1 for 2-year-old?

My son is 2 1/2 & my DH is pushing us to vaccinate him for the H1N1. He's never been vaccinated for the seasonal flu, and I'm just not sure if we "need" to or should vaccinate him now. My son stays at home & doesn't have much interaction with other kids, except for playdates with other stay-at-homers. Any thoughts??

Ask your husband to inform himself on the ingredients in the shot and whether he really believes they will cause no harm in his child. Ask him to take responsibility.

In Australia the H1N1 vax is not approved for people under 9 years old and the Australian CSL is providing 1/4 of America's supply of the vax so it won't be approved for him will it?

WOW really? that makes me wonder because yes, here in the USA they say kids are high on the list of "needed" the vax...
