hhoughts on Vitamins for blood clotting disorder?

I recently have been researching what are some good vitamins and decided that New Chapter had a whole food vitamin that sounded good. Well come to find out it had a lot of green leafy foods in the vitamin. Well I'm scared to take that because I have a blood clotting disorder (factor v leiden). Now I don't know what to take. I know I need a lot more b vitamins(not sure how much or which ones), and I have to be careful with vitamin k(which is found in green leafy vegetables. I am trying to find a "whole food vitamin". Any suggestions?

There's a thread in Health & Healing for women with clotting disorders, you may get more responses there. Do you notice bleeding issues when you consume more vitamin K1, or has your HCP given you a recommended limit that you shouldn't exceed? I ask because my son and I have bruising/nosebleed issues (low level, nothing serious) that we do better with extra vitamin K2 (the kind in fatty animal products, egg yolks, milk products, odd stuff like fish eggs too). Not sure if K1 and K2 work the same wrt _your_ issue however.
