Does this sound like plugged ducts or something else? possibly TMI

For the last couple of months I've been getting really small, hard lumps (only one at time, but it comes and goes and is in different areas) in one of my breasts. They are not visible but I easily felt...a few millimeters in diameters, very hard, and usually painful if I squeeze them but sometimes shrink when squeezed. I'm nursing an 11 month old almost exclusively. I had a plugged duct when she was a newborn and it was a really big lump by comparison and not quite as dense...this doesn't feel like the same thing, but that was the only time I've had one--do plugged ducts tend to be the same each time? I'm 19, so it seems extremely unlikely that I'd have breast cancer. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

I would go get it checked for sure, BUT i got what sounds like the same thing after BFing. Its about 2 inches behind one of my nipples and small round lump. I had a mamogram and they said that it was just a closed off duct. Mine is not painfull at all though.

I get plugged ducts every month or two, and this doesn't sound like the sort of thing I get. (Have started taking Lecithin, so hopefully I won't get them anymore!) I'd probably have it looked at, though I'm sure everything is fine.
