You may know (of) my brothers, then. I didn't go to Kamiak because I lived most of the time in Edmonds with my mom, but my (step)brothers lived in Muk full time and went to Kamiak. My older one graduated in, uhh, '97 I think? And my younger one graduated in '02. I also had some friends that went there.

Hello! I am so excited to be here

EDD: July 5th
Name: Keri
Age: 25
Location: Michigan
Family (partner, other children, etc): DH - 26, DD - 20 months, 4 kitties
Gender preferences/inklings: Getting weird feeling on this so far
Names you like: I prefer to pick after baby is born
Birth Plans/Preferences: Hoping for a 2nd homebirth.
Anything else you'd like to share: I'm excited to have this baby in my own home, my daughter was born in my brother and SIL's home, which was absolutely wonderful, but it is an hour and a half away and I was freaked about making it / having to go anywhere quite a lot. And the drive in our little car in labour HURT!

Also, I'm nursing my 20 month DD and I want to continue to through pregnancy. I'm scared that my patience will run short, though, when my milk runs out and my boobs are sore. I hope I can manage!

Hello everyone!! I'm so happy to be here! ((STICKY VIBES)) to all of us!

Gender preferences/inklings: I bet $ that Lizzy would be a boy. I'm keeping my mouth shut this time.
Names you like: Alexandra... William... Adam.... Katelyn.... we'll probably name 'it' after 'it' is born.
Birth Plans/Preferences: I attempted an unassisted birth last time and ended up in the hospital, i'd liek home birth with a midwife this time, or at the midwife clinic. I'm planning to rent a 'La Bassine' tub too
Anything else you'd like to share: I'm still breastfeeding but it's getting unbearable already... i'd like to nurse through so hopefully it gets easier. Just taking it day by day.

Gender preferences/inklings: We're expecting a boy!

Congrats!

I stuck you under July 9th, let me know if/when you'd like me to change it, or go with something more general (mid-July? not sure where that would fit, exactly).
EDD: July 5 from LPM, July 8 from my ovulation date (ovulated late this month) I plan on just saying "In the summer" because I went so overdue with my DD, but will use July 8 as my "due date" for myself
Name:Heather
Age: 23
Location: Utah
Family (partner, other children, etc): DH and a DD born March 2008
Gender preferences/inklings: no inklings
Names you like: Linda for a girl. Not sure about a boy
Birth Plans/Preferences: Planning a UP/UC. Originally thought of finding a midwife to be "on call" for post partum stitches and such, but we're hoping to move next spring, so getting a midwife for that would be kind of useless at this point. Anyone know any UC-friendly midwives in the SF Bay Area?
Anything else you'd like to share: My dd will be 19 months this week and I'm still nursing. At the moment we'll continue that. I'm not easily touched out. We'll see what the hormones do to me, though.
