Symptoms? Real or imagined, all are welcome!

Anyone having symptoms yet? I'm only 10 or 12 dpo, so I'm sure it's imagined, but I'm having massive protein hunger. It's like, my body knows that I eat too much carbs, and I can't stop eating protein. Beans? Chicken? Cheese? Meat? I want it all!

The last two nights, I've been really, really sleepy. Though, tonight I have (excitement-induced) insomnia + sleepiness. And I've been having crazy-vivid dreams, at least 1/3 of which have been pregnancy-related, for several nights.

However, I realized last night (before I got my bfp) that my biggest pregnancy symptom might be not feeling pregnant at all. Every cycle in my life that I've really thought (or, in the old days, really feared) that I was pregnant, I wasn't. But every time I've actually been pregnant, it's been a surprise to me. Not because I didn't think I could be, obviously, 2 of my 5 pregnancies have been on purpose, but because I just didn't feel pregnant. In fact, that's kinda what spurred me to take a pregnancy test today, even though all I had was a dollar tree test, and it was 3 days before my period was due, and it was in the late afternoon (not even FMU).

I am having lots of pain/discomfort in various areas-- abdominal and pelvic, sometimes higher. It's kind of that whole crampy feeling except not quite like AF. It's bugging me quite a bit, but if it's anything like with dd's pregnancy, it should go away soon I think. I definitely have a very "full" feeling in there too, more and more.

Full boobs and sore nips!

Been very tired. Very, very tired. Yet tonight insomnia is kicking in. Mostly out of excitement I think, though since I stayed awake so late... at this point of the night I start getting anxious. Not good. Off to try and get some sleep!

At 5-6 DPO I was exhausted, but chalked it up to work.

I got my BFP at 10 DPO.
11 DPO I had insomnia and decided to just get up and bake bread at 3:30 am. Yum. I'm not sure if it's just everything running through my head.

10-11 DPO - gassy, slight cramps started. Expecting to wipe and see my period start, but do a dance everytime it doesn't. When does this feeling go away? Slight nausea also started, but eating helps.

13 DPO - (today) feeling good. Slight nausea upon waking, but ate and feel fine.

As this is my first pregnancy, I'm nervous about everything! I keep feeling my boobs to see if they hurt, which they don't. I'm guessing the coming weeks will show new symptoms, and I'm excited about them.

I'm just getting over a flu so who knows what symptoms I missed. But for sure, implantation bleeding, that full tingly uterus feeling and nausea. Oh and smell, the garbage was way worse than I am sure it would have been last week!

Oh man. I think the smell thing is starting to kick in already. This morning I woke up after dp and went into the kitchen... and I think dp had made tuna fish something for breakfast. The smell in the kitchen was strong & dreadful!

I just took a nap. I was soooooo sleeeeeepy. Seriously, I get tired, but I rarely get sleepy, if that makes sense. But since night before last (so, about 24 hours before I tested), I've been so sleepy!

Dinner is done, and I can't go downstairs. The smell of the chicken (though I can tell it is delicious) is making me a wee bit queasy.

I usually have no symptoms but an impending feeling of starting my period for the first two or three weeks, then a short three to four weeks of mild nausea. I'm usually pretty crampy and have that "about to start" feeling but not much else except for full breasts and that weird "full" feeling that makes me thing, I'm pregnant!

HOWEVER... this pregnancy has started unlike my others. First of all, I've been exhausted, just totally wiped. I slept for 13 hours the night before I got my BFP. Secondly, I'm already nauseous. I need to eat small amounts of food every couple hours. I nearly lost my lunch because I ate too much at once. I also have sore breasts and REALLY sore nips. I'm still nursing my DS to sleep, and that's gotta end really soon. Can't handle the pain! He is 2 and 10 months and I have no intention on tandeming.

I'm tired, tired, tired! And totally spaced out and forgetful! I think I'm just daydreaming and thinking about all this baby stuff so I'm not paying attention to anyone when they talk to me...
I've been a little achey and crampy too, and I'm trying not to worry because I miscarried last December. I have a feeling that this one is going to stick though, so I'm trying to be very positive and upbeat!
I'm also really hot and thirsty! My husband keeps saying, "well, we do live in the middle east, in the desert!" But I'm convinced I'm hotter and thirstier than before!
The excited and anxious insomnia has also kicked in for me- I quickly pass out, right to sleep (which is unusual for me), then I wake up to pee or something and I can't get back to sleep! Oh yeah, and I have been waking up to pee! heheh.
It's wonderful though, isn't it? I'm so glad to be here!

I'm just stalking this DDC, but when I was pregnant with my son I couldn't stand the smell, sight, or thought of chicken! I broke down in tears in Costco when I was about 11 weeks because my husband asked me what kind of frozen chicken I wanted to buy and I couldn't express to him how much I hated chicken at that moment!

ugh. I woke up way early this morning, with the worst heartburn. I doubt it's pregnancy related, more like a combination of the stomach-churning excitement and the couple of handfuls of craisins I ate right before bed. But it sucks, because I can't take anything for it. I'm allergic to corn, so no tums, and the only papaya enzymes we have lying around have some form of corn in them, too. Also, I have a vague recollection that too much papaya (which, papaya enzyme tablets would certainly have) is bad for pregnancy.

I already had some nausea today!

Though I think it was more because I needed to eat than anything. I don't get that often when not pregnant because I seem to have the metabolism of a rock. I need to start remembering to take good snacks with me when I go out. I also need to start brainstorming good gluten free snacks. This would be so much easier if I could just eat regular crackers and whatnot. Fruit and veggies don't fill that nausea hunger hole, but protein and carbs totally do.
*pity party*

I'm already eating way too much cheese for that reason!

I'm extremely tired today!! I actually took a short nap at the computer, which is odd for me. And yesterday at my regular exercise class I felt like the woman was going to run me into the GROUND- with the FIRST warm-up routine!!

And I have been really thirsty & peeing all the time, which is also unusual for me. Oh, and hungry, too. Even before meal time, I become suddenly ravenous. I love being pregnant!

I haven't felt anything different except my stomach has felt "full" for a few days. I don't remember having any symptoms with my last two until like 7 or 8 weeks.

According to my calculations, I'm 4w2d today and I have had insomnia all week. This is not fun. I have a lot of work stress, plus pregnancy anxiety, so I think both of those are playing a large part, but I would really like some sleep.

I'm also blessed with being gassy. Yay! Still feeling my boobs constantly to see if they're sore, but nothing currently.

Went to the first day of a convention yesterday (friday), and it was soooo exhausting. I hadn't slept well, plus the waking up and puking thing. Luckily, I asked a pharmacist and she said I can take Zantac or Pepsid (I can't take TUMS due to corn allergy), so at least my stomach didn't hurt too badly.

We had to leave the convention early (I really wanted to stay for a couple of panels on discarded science and putting the punk in steampunk), because by 5pm I was absolutely dead on my feet.

We did a little shopping on the way home, and then I was asleep by 7:15, which never happens! So of course, I woke up a couple of hours ago, and can't get back to sleep. I hope I make it through today, because there's a lot of cool panels that I want to go to. The dance in the evening, though, is certainly going to be beyond me!

I'm pooped, all the time

I've been going to bed with DD by 7:45, and waking up a few times a night to pee. I know that's normal, especially since I've been SO THIRSTY.

Boobs are very sore, but this is better today!

It's okay for me to whine and complain in this thread because that's the topic, right? Hehe, just kidding (a bit.)

I've been puking for a week now, and I'm only at 2 weeks! (from conception date, do most people go from the last period or from conception?) Ugh, so far I'm not as sick as I was with DD, because there is a nice period in the afternoon where I feel pretty alright. With DD I puked all day and all night, it was absolutely miserable, and I am really, really hoping to keep this time of peace in my day I'm pretty ill feeling until 11 or noonish, and then feel pretty well until around 6pm. However, with DD, none of this really started until I was a good month along, my nausea was really through months 2, 3, and 4 instead of 1, 2, 3.

Definitely experiencing the feeling of someone there in my uterus, sometimes it feels like there is a little rock sitting in there, though it's nothing I can push on or feel, just a "feeling" if that makes any sense.

Food and *especially* smell sensitivity is driving me up the wall! I hardly feel like I can move without something else triggering my stomach. Even outside!

I'm very sore, especially my lower back which feels like it took a baseball bat, and I am sooo tired. I took a nap yesterday from 4:30pm - 7:30pm which is definitely *not* normal for me, but I just felt like if I didn't lay down, I was going to fall down!

Heartburn, too, but I chow down on papaya tablets for that, which, as far as I am concerned, are *magical.* I think I read somewhere in here someone say they'd heard papaya was bad during pregnancy? I would like to know where you heard that from, if it was in fact here, because my midwife had told me it was fine last time around and I practically ate the stuff like candy my entire first pregnancy. I struggle with heartburn normally, and pregnancy makes it much, much worse. Anyway, I didn't notice any problems with it, but I would love to hear from you.

Right now I'm still celebrating all the yucky side-effects because I am so happy to be having another baby but day by day I'm feeling a little more of the "oh gods, when will this bit be over, this SUCKS."

P.S. I am so in love with steampunk! How fun

Definitely have symptoms already, and it's already different than my last pregnancy.
I guess I'm about 5 weeks now.... like 23 DPO i think. My EDD is probably June 30th/early July.

I pee non stop. I'm starving. BLOATED. Sore nipples... BFing is awful right now
tired...tired...tired. Very happy. Very in love with my family and feeling like i'm glowing already

Last pregnancy, by this time, i was sooo nauseous, dizzy, fainting, moody and super emotional. No appetite and major food aversions that ended at 11 weeks....

So i'm optimistic that maybe i won't be nauseous this time around! And pessimistic that i'm going to be in maternity clothes way earlier since i'm ravenous and bloated and my jeans are already uncomfy...

Well after reading all the symptoms, I may be having more than I thought!

tired after gardening or standing too long
the smell of our fav Mexican fast food almost knocked me out
waking up to pee and "dying of thirst" all the time
bubbly bloated belly

The killer stuff, like nausea and aversions have always hit around 6-7wks... this part is fun!
