My son eats tons of cows milk yogurt. Somedays, he eats nothing but. I thought I recall reading in Skinny Bitch that calcium in dairy cannot be absorbed by the body b/c it does not contain either mag or zinc? Is that right? Most dairy has Vit D, right? He doesn't like the commercial coconut and goats milk yogurt I've found, and making yogurt @ home isn't an option for me right now so I'm thinking I need a supplement for him b/c of his high dairy consumption, but which one?
