CLO for 6mo old?

I already give my 6mo old 400IU of D3 a day (Carlsons' baby D-drops) but on the advice of our Dr. want to start CLO. However, I don't want to over-D her, but I do want to have her get the benefits of fish oils. Is it Ok to use CLO and Vitamin D together, or will it make too much D? I am interested in Nordic Naturals (thats the brand I use) but don't know where to start for a baby, how much, what "flavor", etc....

is your 6 mo old breastfed or formula fed?
