Nursing mom is not TIRED ANYMORE!! found SIMPLE delicious CURE in my kitchen! IT IS IN YOURS TOO!

Okay, first bit about problem:
so I have been nursing for the last 4 years + and
for most of this period I was just so tired and lethargic
that I could hardly functionned.
At first I attributed to being new mom.. nursing on demand,
sleepless night, super active baby..

Then years passed, I get full night sleep, my child is
very managable, lifestyle is very stable and the only thing
I could think of was that there must be somethign wrong
with my metabolism.. or something else..

i was thinking, thyroid.. I was thinking anemia..
I was thinking lack of calcium..

I know I have some anemia as I always was
and I positively despise milk so I might have
had calcium deficiency to some degree
an I might have thyroid problem but I just
never went about to check it.

SOLUTION:

I was thinking and thinking and I finally decided that
no matter the problem I should do something to
help myself. I might never know what the problem was
but I feel much better now. I mean million times better.
I have full energy and I function all day long ad at 10pm
I could ran marathon if you would join me

It all started this summer, I got flue. I felt miserably
and then recovery was a struggle. I felt very weak
for few weeks.

I looked around for vitamins in my world and I
will NEVER take any artificial vitamin or supplement
if YOU PAY me. no way. and I thought I need something.

1. I started with one orange daily. I squized orange
juice on a hand glass lemon thingy squizer. It yeld
half of little glass more less, then I added some water
to it and bit of sugar. I drenk it every morning for
3 weeks or so.. religiously. I started feeling better
after few days so it was very motivating.
I started buying oranges by bags and I just use them
that way.

It became my morning orange juice ritual.
it is delicious, it has no chemicals in it (I buy organic)
or preservatives like store bought juice, it has
no pulp or chemicals squized from the skin..

can't get fresher then that.

2. I liked my juice thingy and I decied to kick it up a notch.
I started making my "Morning juice" that both me and
my kid enjoy immensly.

It is like smoothie minus the ice. I don't like the
ice part and I have very sensitiv for colds throat.

so..

I take one banana, few strawberries (4 or so)
and add a cup of water or so.. however I feel..
and then just blend it using motorboat kind of
food blender.. or just any food blender.

I do it with any fruits..

usually banana as a base and then add
either blueberries ( a handfull)
or apple
or pear
or raspberries.

I blend it with water, add some sugar and
drink it.

It became my liquid breakfast.

No matter if I eat something later or not..
I know I filled up on vitamins.

After few weeks I notice such a huge difference in
the way I feel.

I just really realized how much vitamins I can pup
in my body doing it regularly. I never had enough time
or mind to remember to eat that much fruit a day.
And it was a hassle.. as it takes up volume in my tummy
and I usually never felt like it anyhow..

So now I drink up so many fruits and it feels great.!

I love my soulution as it was in my kitchen all this time
and I know it woks. I tried to see if it is really that
or what so I took few days break and immediately
I felt more sluggish... and less energy and tired.

so this must be working.

now I am trying to add to it a coconut milk as
this does miracles to metabolism and to thyroid
and any infections in the body..

I started with store bought coconut milk that
tastes like nothing that is in refrigerators in helth foods.
it is good but I want to make my own coconut milk,
it supposed to be easy.


I tried many different things to feel better but nothing
worked and I really love this fruit terapy :-).
It is fast, easy, right there, no extra effort,
delicious, nutritious and it let me gulp so many
vitamins in minerals IN REAL form as mother nature
intended.

so this is my story, hope this helps someone
out there because I wish I had someone
to tell me to try this long ago.

we are moms who are always busy and looking
for some way to keep healthy and energetic
to keep up with the demands of life.
those of us who nurse like myself know
that nursing is a toll on the body..

so I think that those fruits are just nature's miracle
and there is no need to pay anyone for special
formulas, diets or supplements.
god gave us all that there is needed.

I love my solution because sometimes I was
just too tired to eat right, I could fed my family
but I did not have apetite to eat much.

many of things that are around us are god's
medicin cabinet..
all continents know how bananas are bread for many people,
how many things they cure and how many nutrients they have,
the same goes for apple.. iron and stuff in it..
and raspberries.. iron, and vitamins by tons..
and strawberries.. iron.. and vitamins..
and pears..
and watermelon .. clensing etc..

and what a brilliantly easy it is to just dump it in
a blender, add some water and sugar and drink it
in the morning instead of coffie or if you need to
next to it espeically since coffe is like a brush that
cleans your body form so many valuable nutrients
taht makes you pee them right out..

okay enough of this.

hope this will help someone. it is free idea from God to me from
me to you:-)

no side effects no overdose :-) and
huge amount of delicousness fabulousity.

I'm glad this worked for you. However, I know that if I personally ate that much fruit at one sitting, I'd get a sugar rush and then crash about an hour later. I need more protein and fat and I need to be careful with the carbs.

Too bad I can't eat (or drink) fruit due to taste issues. I could use an energy boost.

oh, proteins and fat are important part of my diet and always was
and I always was getting pelenty and I would bite someone
if I would not have my share of them
It is just that having that covered somehow it was never
enough untill I did the "morning juice" and orange drink
thingies. It is almost like tons of Vitamins that are there
worked miracles.

As to sugar rash or crash..
I was very desperate during all those years and
I just had something sweet in the morning to try to
bust my energy even for a minute...

and just forget it, it never did a thing for me.
I was as slugish and half asleep all day as ever
no rush of any kind.

Somehow I was thinking the same thing in the beginning
when I started my fruiting thing...

I said to myself when I was feeling really good
after drinking it.... "okay so this is temporary
it is probably some spike and rash and after few
hours I will be like flat and crashed"

no way.. the thing is that nowdays I just wake
up as rested and energetic as never, I have my drink
and I just don't crash... If I miss it for few days thoug
I feel some slow down but normally no. I feel really
full of energy till late evening every day.

you really should see me on average days before
when I had no strenght or energy to get out of bed
and taking care of anything was just mountain of work.

I don't do regular coffe on regular basis for the last 4 years
because I nurse. but if I had coffe few times to feel
better and wake up that always worked but once
coffeine wore off.. then I was just flat like pancake
and the next day was even worse..

Now I feel really different. that is all.
It is not like I am trying to convince anyone to do anything.
I am just celebrating something that was so simple and
so right there and helped me so much.
I am so grateful it worked. And I know so many of us
look so far as I did. I might never know what was wrong
with me but I am glad the thing took care of it
and I am not going to give up anytime soon.

I think that the difference between eating froots and
doing a blend with water makes a difference because
they are just so blended and easy to digest for one,
and doing it first thing in the morning is also
probably the thing to do because the body absorbs
most. I do not mix it with any sort of milk or other
dairy because I don't want to impare the absorbtion
of vitamins and iron and milk has tendency to block them
whereas vitamin C increases absorbption so
I guess that is part of my lucky discovery.
