Energy Medicine and/or EM for Women

Has anyone read/had experience with/ know much about Energy Medicine and/or Energy Medicine for women? Donna Eden, I believe wrote the book, and teaches about Energy Medicine. My new therapist uses this method and I'm very intrigued although I know very little about it. Just opened the book today.

Anyone want to share their experience?
