Nutritional Break Down Of Produce

So I am wondering what vitamin/minerals are in specific fruits and vegetables and at what amount. Is there anywhere to find that info? For other foods like meat, dairy, grains I can just look at the label in the store to see what's in them and how much. I feel like I know some like oranges are high in vit.c, bananas are high in potassium, avocados high in omega-3 (or is it 6?). But there are so many more fruits/veggies out there that I would like to know about. Was hoping to find a chart I could post in my kitchen to look over everyday to be sure we get enough of everything, kwim?

TIA

nutritiondata.com

Only downside is that quite a few foods are missing vitamin D data, so I go elsewhere for that, but it lists a LOT of foods, and has very detailed information (types of fats, types of amino acids, more information than I need).
