How would you address this?

I'm starting to get very annoyed with the kid's dance studio. A couple months ago they had a fundraiser. How does this pertain to the vax forum you may wonder? Because the "product" being sold was the flu shot! Ok that one left me feeling pretty oogy. Today we got an email about how to deal with the H1N1 and flu, when not to come to class, etc. Ok, that makes sense and protects everyone. Then they really started to push the flu and H1N1 vaccine as well. They are NOT medical providers, it's a flipping dance school. Unfortunately it's one of the absolute best and one of the only ones of this type in the area, so we're kind of stuck there. But I really resent all of the pushes, and I would totally not be surprised if they talk about it in class with the kids as well, which imo is highly inappropriate. I'm tempted to write a letter but don't know how that would go over or what exactly I'd say. Any thoughts or ideas on this? Obviously I'm getting the feeling the school is very pro-vax.

the mainstream default is pro-vax.

my ds's pre-school sent home flu-vax info, i tossed it.

i really don't think they are necessarily "pushing" vaccines, they're encouraging good health as they see it and your view of good health is different. i don't think i'd do anything unless it pertains to your dd and letting her know why you've made the decision you have.

I agree with Playamama....I would not do anything, unless my LO came home and said they felt pressured or cooerced into getting any vaccine. Provax drivel is all around me...I hear it everyday. I ignore it.
