Nausea related to baby running out of room...

I am 37 weeks pregnant today and I have had some nausea, more last night than ever - for only about an hour and half. While I wasn't feeling well - the baby was moving alot. This evening slight nausea again and lots of movement? I heard sickness like this can be caused by the baby running out of room - is this true?

I don't think it's specifically that, but more that your baby is smashing your tummy making less room for food. Then the acid boils up, making you nauseous. I am already having it. Last time it didn't start until maybe 8 mos. I'm 6 1/2 now. I fully expect to be delivering a 10 lber the way this one's moving around and smashing me up already!

I have no idea what it means but I was nauseated w/ #1 and I am with this one. That is in the first tri and third tri. It really stinks! I am either hungry or nauseated!
