Quirky Movies

I just saw the MyTouch commercial with the Cat Stevens song that was featured on the movie Harold and Maude. I LOVE that movie- sweet and quirky. Amazingly, I saw it for the first time a year ago after my BIL recommended it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for movies in a similar genre?

I LOVE Harold & Maude! I can't think of any movies in a similar vein, but just wanted you to know that you are not alone (though DH hates it!).

Not exactly in the same vein, but Off the Map is a really good, quirky movie.

Benny and Joon
Being There
Don Juan Demarco
The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Local Hero
The Full Monty

It's not so much a romantic comedy, but definitely an off-beat and compelling movie: Everything is Illuminated (Elijah Woods)

Also --
Truly, Madly, Deeply (Alan Rickman in an 80's British movie, kind of a romantic comedy but it's also sad ....)

Thank you so much everyone! Thalia, I've seen about half of the movies on your list and I loved (or like) all of them. I'm adding the rest to my Netflix queue.
