I ended up with an HBAC transfer to a hospital 40 minutes away. I won't lie, it was torture to be in the car (this is after 5 hours of pushing and a very stuck baby) but it was non emergent and I don't think I would have changed a thing if I had the chance to do it over. (well, other than actually having a HBAC but I can't change my bodily structure....)
