Another mom and I are in charge of the snack during the halloween party at my dd's preschool...got any good ideas for a healthy snack that is halloween-themed/colored?

Thanks for the suggestions, they all look so good! I made the apple bites this morning with my kids and they loved them, so I think that's what I'm going to make!

We have a local mom's mag and the October issue had a recipe for pumpkin-chocolate chip gluten-free cookies, jack-o-lantern face mini pizzas, and guacamole with carrots in to look like a hand's in it, fingers. Also a black punch but it wasn't healthy, it was like a koolaid thing. I don't really know how you could make it healthy other than to maybe use the same colors of real juice.
