Azure Standard just started selling them and I'm going to try a bottle. I'd love to learn how to make them...I doubt it's hard. Probably just a matter of getting the recipe right

We'll, I haven't tried the zukay dressings, but I did make a really simple fermented dressing by using my regular dressing recipe but adding leftover fermented veggie juice (I have a non-spicy kimchi like blend) in place of the vinegar. The flavor was not that strong so I also added a bit of vinegar as well for more of a kick. It was delicious though and will probably be something I do regularly to get more ferments in! Just wanted to share!

Dogmom, if you figure out a recipe for something like the zukay dressings, please share!

Cucumber Mint, wow that sounds so good!

Quote:
ingredients: organic cucumber, water, mint, celtic sea salt, basil, live active culture

sounds pretty simple... I wonder if it is pureed first or after the ferment.

Fairy Rae, I have heard of doing something like that with kombucha - using it instead of vinegar in a dressing. Never thought of using veggie ferment liquid though - Great idea!!
