Safe to take Oregano Oil?

I've got a bit of a cough lingering and organo oil capsules have worked wonders for my family, but of course it says not to take if you're pg or bfing on the bottle. I'm assuming that's just liability, but is there a real reason oregano oil would be bad while bfing?

I think you would have to take it in large doses for it to decrease your supply, though.

Thanks for the link! I think I'll hold off until I get desperate and then watch my supply really good if I do try it. I wish everything didn't have to have the pg/bf warning label so you could actually tell if they meant it or not!
