How do I store honey

Thread Starter
so I don't get everything all sticky?? Is there a different dipper I should be using, or a special container, or are we just really messy? It seems like wherever the honey is stored ends up all sticky. I'm glad my kids are loving the honey so much but hate the clean-up.
thanks,

If you do plastic, buy one of the honey bears and just add more honey to it as needed (use a funnel if needed). Dollar stores sell fake honey crap in honey bears and you could just dump the garbage out and use the bear--honey bear on the cheap. If you don't do plastic, I'm not sure, and that's a good question! You could also look at these:

There are a lot of different styles and prices of honey dispensers.

I've never solved this one. I keep mine in the jar (it's a big jar, since I buy it locally in big quantities) and I keep the jar in a ziplock bag, so all the dribbles on the outside of the jar don't attract bugs.

It's messy. But it's yummy.

Thanks, LauraLoo, I knew there was something made of glass and couldn't think of it! I think I'm going to get a glass dispenser...
