any astrologers? Saturn return in Virgo

Hopefully this is just a quick question... I tried googling and came up with nothing.

I've been surviving and thriving during my Saturn return (so far, still a few days to go ) and Saturn is about to leave Virgo but will return in 2010 for a short time. So does my Saturn return, well, return? Or does it last until it's final exit? Or is it good and done next week?

Anyway, Saturn seemed to like Virgo a lot better than Leo (didn't help that I'm Aquarius Sun and Asc). It will be interesting to see what Libra will bring.

We need to look at what degree of Virgo your Saturn is in to know really.
Do you know that?
Let me know if you need help on that

ok, I found it. My Saturn is at 26 1' 48" in Virgo.

This opened up another boatload of questions

OK, to answer your question technically, in may of 2010 Saturn will come almost 1 degree back to your natal Saturn. the closest it gets is 27 50'

Now here is how I look at transiting aspects.
If you took a stone and threw it in a pond, where the stone lands is the exact aspect. From where you are standing there are ripples that are way out in from that central landing spot and there are ripples that go on beyond that central landing spot as well. so even thought the exact aspect is over for you, you will notice the ripples, though maybe not as intense of that aspect for quite sometime.

The way I understand the first Saturn return is that we begin to feel it around 27.5 and it isn't really over until about 31.5

Yes Saturn return brings big changes, sometimes they are very outward changes and sometimes they are purely internal. It is a maturity marker for us. Yes it can be challenging but at the same time Saturn always rewards a job well done so we may see recognition or see the fruits of those things that we have labored for. The challenges are usually in the areas that we have not been paying proper attention to.

Saturn will be returning to Virgo in the spring when it retrogrades.

I have to double check the dates and I will get back to you.
