'90s talk show video on circumcision

I found this video from a talk show (the video title says it was from the early '90s, but I did some searching and this show was from 1995) discussing circumcision (once you go there you may see some links to other circ-related videos, some of which may contain graphic images or image previews on that page):

Interesting show! I think it was sad that they were laughing at the guy talking about restoring. What's there to laugh at? Stupid people! I guess the attitudes about circ'ing hasn't changed much.

Not to mention they cut about 95% of the footage of that circ. (Something tells me I've seen the exact same footage somewhere else, it's that old.)
That video was nothing but repulsive. I am SO glad that show is off the air for good.

I fortunately don't remember that show. But it seems like it was a cleaned up version of Jerry Springer. He at least "yelled" at the one Dr. for not using pain meds. It was ridiculous though! I can't believe that moron girl at the end said if her boyfriend wasn't circ'ed then she wouldn't of went out with him! What a ditz! I wish they would've let the intactivist on that show respond to that comment!

I took another look at that video, and noticed at the beginning when they handed out the different colored t-shirts to the men based on whether they were intact or circumcised the audience "booed" at the intact ones while applauding the circ'd group.

Morton Downey's audiences were always like that. The sad thing about pro-circ people is that they feel offended that someone would say circumcision hurts and can have a negative effect on sexuality. They get this "No, not me!" feeling and then say it would be wrong to not circ their own son(s). There's pride and security in being circ'd and one can be happy about it if they choose, but it doesn't give them the right to belittle those that hate what was done to them nor does it mean they can make fun of those not circ'd.

Exactly. Shows like this are meant to be for entertainment/ratings rather than educational purposes. It's clear that Marilyn and others maintained the upper hand in the arguments.
