Montessori Pre-School (English, German or Russian) in Kaiserslautern/Baumholder Area?

The title pretty much says it all.

We'll be moving to Baumholder in the coming weeks.

I'd like DD to go to a Montessori pre-school, ideally in German but possibly in English or Russian.

If anyone knows, please let me know. I was told of one Steiner school, but having looked into that educational method, I'm not sure it's for us. She's already had some Montessori education already.

We are about 1/2 an hour away from Ramstein, in Homburg. I do know there is a Montessori kindergarten in a town very close by, but I can't recall the name....sorry While I am not a guru on the Montessori way, I can say that the German preschools tend to be very Montessori-esque as they are. You might want to visit the Kindergartens in your town once you get here (or maybe you are already here?)

Good luck!

How fitting! We just got command sponsored and we'll buy our tickets tomorrow!

Baumholder is very small compared to the American installation so their public schools do not take Americans as they would be overwhelmed, and also it would be disruptive to have to deal with so much coming and going. Too bad for us but it seems a reasonable policy for them to have. So that's not an option.
