Technically I am currently a SAHM. I have a 3.5 yo, a 15mo.o and am pg due in about 8 weeks.
I am partnered to a supportive person but, though he works full time he doesn't bring home any money. It all goes to his One child from a previous relationship.
We live with my folks and honestly I just can't do it any more.
So despite my most positive intentions and dreams, it looks like I'll have to return to work after this baby is born.
This will mean daycare for the kids. Pumping and bottle feeding. I'm heartbroken. But I'm also unhappy in our current arrangement and I know I can only look to myself to move us into a more positive one.
I haven't worked since having my last child. When I did, my mother kept my child before and I came home to nurse at lunch. It won't be like that this time.
So I'm looking for solutions, ideas and arrangements that you all have found helpful. Please share!
TIA mamas!
