What I am currently using and really like are these Sharpie pens. Not the Sharpie markers or Sharpie felt-tips, but the pens. They make little pens now with a fine point. I really like them. They don't bleed as much as most pens and they seem to last a long time.

Yeah, sorry, I meant the ink in the pens so your originals don't go bad
